The Reva has been tested extensively in India under trying and severe conditions meeting international Quality standards. The rigorous tests included 40 pre production Reva cars driven for over 1 Million Kms, equivalent to driving around the Globe 25 times. Reva has received the certification of ARAI, Pune (Automobile Research Institute of India) for roadworthiness.

The Reva meets the need of city commuters across the globe for an economic and pollution free mobility in the city. The Reva is a two-door hatch back that can seat 2 adults and 2 children comfortably and gives a range of up to 80 kms at a top speed of 65 kms/ hr. All this at an operating cost of less than a cent. And hardly any maintenance cost, making perfect sense for the discerning user who wants clean city transportation.

RECC is in the process of completing work on the Left Hand Drive version of the Reva car, which will soon be available in the market.

Its huge potential in the International market has attracted a large number of enquiries from various countries. The company has already tied up with Nepal, Israel, Malta, Japan and Great Britain for marketing, sales and service of the Reva cars.
